About Hotel La Datcha

exterior Hotel La Datcha exterior 4 Individual Villas in a private resort with with 2 pools, sauna, gym, bar and secluded mature gardens. La Datcha is perfect for couples, families or large groups up to 16 people. Rent 1 Villa or up to all 4. Just 15 mins from Alicante and beaches at San Juan. At the resort there is a sun lounger for everyone and ample places to escape to read or just relax. There is also a bar with a large terrace where you can relax with a nice cool drink. Plus we also have a large sauna and gym should you feel so inclined! Each villa has a fully equipped kitchen, lounge, good size bedrooms, private bathroom with shower and satellite TV. Outside each villa has a private terrace with barbeque.

Traditional Spanish arches are a feature. A large double bedroom and bathroom with shower. A fully fitted kitchen with oven/hob, fridge freezer and all cooking utensils and breakfast table. Large lounge with Satellite TV. Large outside terrace with BBQ and table and chairs. Separate 2nd double bedroom with it's own toilet facility. Central heating.

Villa Pine (2 Bedroom, Sleeps 4)
Fully refurbished in 2006. New fully fitted kitchen with oven/hob, fridge/freezer and utensils etc. Large double bedroom and ensuite shower room. 2nd bedroom and 2nd new bathroom with large walk-in shower. Large lounge with Sky TV. There is a large terrace overlooking a lawn across to the pool, for outside dining with BBQ.

Vila Ivy (1 Bedroom, Sleeps 2)
The smallest but best sited villa overlooking the main pool. A double bedroom and en-suite shower room. Fully refurbished in 2007. New kitchen equipped with fridge/freezer and oven/hob. Lounge/diner with Sky TV. Outside is a large lanai, semi-enclosed, for dining and relaxing, complete with BBQ.

Villa La Finca (3 Bedroom, Sleeps 6)
With views across the valley, this excellent renovated finca offers 3 double bedrooms with 2 bathroom and shower, lounge/diner and Sky TV. Newly fitted kitchen with fridge freezer, oven & hob, microwave and dishwasher and all utentils. Central heating too. Large terrace for dining with full outside kitchen for BBQs.

La Datcha was a really really top place to stay. Finding it was a tad tricky coming down from Alcoy just because the roads are new and could easily be missed, as well as the map and directions that come with the booking which are a tad confusing. Peace and quiet, 2 lovely pools, a sauna, treadmill and the great easy-going bar that is run on 'honesty' and by Paul... staff totally easy going and very helpful. The place is one of the most welcoming and great value places we have ever stayed. The ONLY minus is the lack of AC! Fans in the room are nice but a bit of AC would be nice! Would definetly stay again. Thanks La Datcha!

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Included in the price are towels, beach towels, heating and electricity. Use of the sauna and gym.

Extra charges for using the washing machines (5 euros per wash) and of course the bar, which you can pay at the end of your stay.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Refunds will be given if cancelled within 30 days of arrival, except a deposit will be retained of 100 euros per villa per week.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 30 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
