Reconstruction of Plaza Ayuntamiento gave very much noise outside and very much dust both inside and outside. The location was very good but we can't recommend this hotel until the work outside is done!

There was some smell of cigarette smoke in the room via the air conditioning. The side of the hotel that overlooks the Playa is excellent. The side that overlooks the small side street is less good - dark, and also noisier.

Don't bother looking anywhere else for a great hotel if you want to be at the centre of things in Alicante - and don't bring a car. The airport bus stops just around the corner.

The rooms, while efficient, clean and modern are pretty tight, resembling a Cruise ship's. The location is outstanding, however, that means it's also surrounded by drunken revelers. The soundproofing does not effectively thwart the neighborhood's noisy late night singing and yelling. It's very loud, very late. Also, there is no Bell service, no place to park while unloading. The parking is a couple blocks away at 30 Euro/day.

Thoroughly enjoyed my overnight stay, and wish it could have been for a few days. I appreciate a balcony/terrace, and if I can't have my own, a shared one is the next best. Having a few candies out is a nice touch. I didn't have the opportunity due to use the sauna, but I heard they had a great little sauna. The satff were very helpful with directions and even tried to help with bus information. I really appreciated everything.

Very noisy area of town all night. No parking to unload luggage and overnight parking was 10 blocks away in a Public garage.

I chose this hotel specifically because it advertises a secure car park. In fact it has no car park at all. I had to go about .75 km to a nearby public car park which cost something like 17 Euros per night. Not good.

Great location for restaurants,near to beach, marina, shops, castle, coastal train. One night was a bit noisy but you are in the centre of the city by the town hall. Cheaper to buy breakfast at the little bars around the corner and soak up the Spanish way of life.

We had a nice stay at the hotel. The hotel is a nice on, central to everything in Alicante. You live near the public areas. The staff were ok, and gave us the best room which was really big. But this is a 3 star hotel and the breakfast cost 10 Euro x-tra.

Situation excellent and, despite public rooms being unattracive and breakfast very ordinary, I would stay here again. Staff helpful, pleasant and efficient.

You must add to price 10.- euros per person for breakfast (buffet) which is convenient if you are a morning big eater. Otherwile better take a sandwich elsewhere (3.- Euros). Cleanliness is a must and a lot of towels everyday.

We stayed on a Saturday night. The hotel is pleasant, cleam and well-located for the beach. However, it is on the townhall plaza and beginning at 7PM wedding followed wedding with jubilant noisy wedding parties and honking horns, to be followed from 10PM till 5AM by rowdy drunken Spaniards going to and from the local bars. We got only 2 hours of sleep. Perhaps it's better weeknights, or maybe again not. We cannot recommend this hotel to anyone but the most avid patiers and soundest sleepers.

The hotel itself was fine--nice room,good value. The area in which the hotel is located leaves a lot to be desired--- it was extremely noisy all over the weekend and fireworks !! were let off on a Tuesday night after midnight. The hotel really should have triple glazing installed to try and alleviate the noise nuisance-- or else it should advise guests in advance of their stay.

This was a very good quality Hotel for the price and location. Ask for a room over looking the Plaza. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

i thought the hotel was just what we were looking for it was nice to see the majority of the guests were spanish, the hotel was clean friendly and convenient to both town and shops i would recommend the rooms at the front the veiws are better, i will use this hotel again.

Great well run hotel, great locations - the only that wasn't up to standard was the vending machine coffee at breakfast which - so we went to a great cafe round the corner. Would highly recommend the hotel and stay again fabulous location, well trained friendly staff, good value.

Well located, just a stown's throw from the front. Situated in a nice square. Self service breakfast was OK but a little bland. Restaurant was expensive considering what is available nearby. Liwise food not too good. Overall good basic hotel,

Great location in centre of town and close to beach. However, for a four star hotel, the quality of service poor. No bell boy - had to take own luggage to room - and although parking was specified on web page it was some distance from hotel and almost impossible to park in front to drop off/pick up luggage.

I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel is ideally located, not far from the beach and at the same time close to the shops & restaurants. An ideal hotel for a city break.

This was the cleanest and best supplied hotel room I ever stayed in worldwide. The price for the quality is excellent. The location is great! The service is super friendly and informative! Highly recommended!!! I will go back to Alicante, just to stay in this hotel.
