The hotel was just in front of the beach, a little outside of Alicante. Bus connections were very good, but only until 11pm.

Great room in an good location overlooking Mediterranean. Reasonably close to light rail with easy access to city center.

We stayed in 225 and i was happy to see that we had a balcony with a view of the sea. The room was very clean and both the cleaningstaff and the staff in the reception was very helpful and inviteing. One minus was that some of the barstaff in the hotel restaurant who was a bit rude and presented a very poor amount of service. The overall stay at Albahia was great and i liked the closeness to the water and the restaurants around the area as an alternative to going in to Alicante for dinner everyday.

we were a group of nine travelling across europe. it would have been nicer to have an ocean view but it still nice as were below street level.

BAD BAD - DIRT HOTEL & UMBELIEVABLE STAFF!!!! They canceled my Venere reservation (incredible!) just 2hours before my arrive (at 13.00 o'clock) for making more money (I book at 50€, they sell at much more the room that was the last one avaible)...I was thinking it was a joke by the staff, but it isn't...anyway I WAS VERY LUCKY: ALBAHIA IS AN HORRIBLE HOTEL WHILE AT 1 KM FAR AWAY I FOUND "HOTEL MIO CID" that is VERY NICE, MODERN but with a classic style, very confortable (price for a double: 60€)...at the end I was really lucky that they canceled the room and I didn't claim it at all!!!!! Nice clean rooms, but no minibar. Good bus connections with Alicante and the beach. Taxi to Alicante only cost about 6-7 euro, from the airport we paid 20 euro.

Nothing expecialy bad to say about Albahia Hotel, but surroundings and location are terrible, as the major part of Alicante as well.

Bon hôtel de catégorie moyenne. La chambre était propre, le service bien. Cet hôtel est à recommander. Le seul inconvénient est la distance du centre depuis l'hôtel. Il faut compter 5-7mn de bus. Ceci n'est pas un problème mais il faut le savoir (parents avec poussette etc...).

Hotel found to be of average quality in price range. On our visit the hotel was full of Spanish schoolchildren which we found they were very noisy in the Hotel Corridors and their rooms!
