This original hotel is situated in the north of Majorca island, in a nice town called Alcúdia. The streets of this village are a mosaic of the different Mediterranean cultures which have influenced the island in the past.

Due to its privileged position, halfway between two bays protected by mountains, Alcúdia became the most important Roman city in the Balearic islands. Nowadays it conserves the ruins of Pollentia, the remains of the Muslim and Christian conquests and the influences of the Italian Renaissance.

How to reach Cas Ferrer Nou Hotelet

By car
Once in Alcúdia old town, follow the indications to Plaza de toros. The hotel is 150 metres ahead, in Pou nou street.

By airplane
The hotel is located about 55 km from the Majorca airport. Take the bus to Palma de Mallorca city centre, then take another bus that to Alcúdia, which stops close to the hotel.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: the rooms are available from midday until 6 p.m. Later arrivals are to be communicated in order to confirm your reservation.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than midday.

INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Spa services are not included in the price but guests are entitled to a special 25% discount.
Breakfast is included in the price.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy: * 31 days before the check-in, the hotel will return the 20% of deposit. * 31 days – 15 days. The hotel will charge the 20% of the amount, the equivalent of the deposit. * 15 days – 5 days. The hotel will charge the 50% of the amount * The last 5 days before of the check-in. The hotel will charge the 80% of the amount.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 30 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
