Hotel Centrale could not be more convenient or accommodating. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation. Though the restaurant food is not quite what it could be - e.g., the fresh fruit served at breakfast was, in some instances, inedible and at best substandard - Dinner was decent but does not merit the description in the hotel brochure. The hotel itself is pretty and pleasant, in the heart of Alcamo. The better restaurants are in Castellemmare di Golfo, about 15 minutes by car.
