Hotel Torre Velha - Albufeira

This hotel needs a real update The breakfast was very poor.

Although the facilities are a little out of date, this is a great place for the money. The breakfast is not the best I have ever had, but it is included in the price. It is about a 10 minute walk down the hill to the nearest beach. These are the most beautiful beaches I have ever been too. It is not in Albufiera, and you need to take transportation to get to Albufiera. But if you are looking for a relaxing place to vacation this is a good spot.

This hotel was really good for this prices. People were very helpfull and nice and the meal was also very good. We'll return next year, cause the beds were very good to sleep and it was quiet in the night. We stay for 4 days.

Our stay here was just what we wanted. It’s a simple hotel at a good price and it has everything you need. The food served at the hotel is really good quality and very reasonable. All the staff I met were very friendly and helpful. We arrived an hour early but were allowed to check in which was very nice. I think they could be a bit more generous with the taxi calls and not charge a Euro for the call as this is a service you would normally expect from reception, but that is a very small gripe. The position of the hotel is great for the beaches and local restaurants etc and it’s a lovely quiet area, however Albufeira is just a short taxi or bus ride away which is great. Overall it’s a great place to stay!
