Hotel Corso had the best presented room of all the hotels we stayed in in France, Italy and Switzerland - immaculate. Parking space was rather restricted, but the hostess was kind and helpful and found us a space in the hotel parking area. The hotel is only a few minutes walk from a beautiful seaside promenade - great for a pre-breakfast walk or jog - and from a very good selection of restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Welcoming front desk, located 10 min walk from station. Close to sea. Rooms are spacious, not very quiet as there is a lot of traffic to late at night. More suited to mature age people as the hotel is geared to this age group - or people with children as they babysit. Single, or young people it may not be suited to. The restaurant staff are not very helpful if you do not speak English, but the front desk is.

By car
Take the exit Albenga/Alassio/Zuccarello of the A10/E80 road, then turn right onto the SP582 road. Make a right again onto the SP1 to Alassio.

By train
The Alassio train station, 1 km away, offers good connections to Savona, Genoa and Nice.

By airplane
The Genoa Cristoforo Colombo airport is about 88 km from Alassio. Every hour a shuttle-bus runs between the airport and the Porta Principe railway station, from where you can catch a train to Alassio.
