Very sad that we had no Air conditioning... Actually, their once an air conditionar machine in the room, but it didn't work. When we reported this at the reception, they only repaired it to "switch on", but it still wouldn't delier any "fresh" air. We started to get really disappointed when they tried to explain us that that is the way it was supposed to work. I felt like hey were trying to make a fool of me, like if they expected I would never have had air conditioning in a hotel room before and wouldn't realise that the thing was out-of-order ! Well, at the end of the stay, the "boss" (?) at the reception would agree (instantly, without any hasle) that it was not normal and has given us a 15% discount on the bill. Sad that one has to wait until the end of the stay to be respected. Particularly in a more than 200 euros per night Hotel. Still - it was a decent hotel for the category.

Very good structure. we enjoyed 2 days vacation. Amazing sea-view from the balcony and delicious breakfast. Highly recommended!

A very nice hotel, with a great location ! Friendly staff and very satisfactory standard of the hotels facilities. Alassio is a wonderful resort. Clean, beutiful with a relaxing atmosphere. 4 km of fine sandy beach, a splendid promenade along the beach and the shoppingstreet "budello" is really charming. Alassio and Mediterranè are perfect for a relaxing holiday. I almost forgot to talk about the food. Very good seafood- restaurants. I gained weight from it all.

The location is perfect, the beach is beautiful and well kept, and the service there very good. The people at reception and bar are nice and friendly. The rooms are not very clean and the carpet in some rooms is stained and smelly. The service at breakfast is awful: tables not prepared, filthy table-clothes, unfriendly personnel,long waiting, bad china-ware, always something missed. It could be a wonderful hotel if it had a better management.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: the rooms are available at any time after 2 p.m.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than 10.30 a.m.

INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Parking in the garage is not included and costs €20,00 per night.
The stay of pets incurs an additional charge of €10,00 per day.
Access to the private beach with beach umbrella and deckchair incurs an additional charge of €90,00 - €140,00 per person a week.
Breakfast is included in the price.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of no show or late cancellation one night will be charged on your credit card.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 5 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
