Hotel Napoleon - Ajaccio

Small outdated room on a back street. Finding the hotel is difficult, no place to stop while checking in and access to parking requires a trip around the block to access. Good access to the downtown is the only positive. Only one staff on duty at checkin. Access to garage requires a second person to punch in code to lower chain guarding the entry.

We were there totally three night with a couple of days in between and it was the best hotel we stayed at during our stay at Corsica.

Well positioned for ferries and town. Modern hotel with good sized rooms.

This hotel is very well located if you wish to stay in the Centre Ville and not in a room overlooking the coast. The marina, casino, and a small, but useable, beach are all within a 5 minute walk. Restaurants and shopping are nearby and the local farmer's market is great fun.

Perfect position in centre of town. Parking was a godsend and although it cost E10 per day, this is fairly standard and one could not do without it. The wireless broad band worked well and fast.

Overall the Hotel is very clean and is located in a great neighborhood; within walking distance to everything. The parking garage was a great bonus.

This hotel is in a fantastic location. Our room was really tiny, but clean and with aircon (essential in August in Corsica). I thought paying 10 euros a day for parking was a little rich, but there was no way of finding a park on the streets so I guess they have a captive market. The breakfast is also not a good deal - better to go to the cafes near the marche and watch the world go by.

Price of breakfast was different from the web page. Car park very expensive. Well situated in Ajaccio. Nice stay, good A/C, small rooms.
