Good central location. Car parking a bit of a problem at the time but an underground car park near-by, however cost for overnight parking a little steep at 13.20euros.

The stay tax wasn't indicated on internet. Otherwise everything was perfect.

I wish that the rooms had hair dryers, but other than that our stay was wonderful. The rooms were large and very comfortable

The room was pretty warm and had to open the windows, which made it noisy. It was also very noisy in the mornings with sounds of the dishes being done in the kitchen (although I was on the second floor). In need of parking spaces (only 9 available). Generally, do not have high expectations for the price you are paying and it should be fine as the location is good.

A good option for an overnight stop

The room we were given needed updating and didn't follow the standard as shown on the website. We had requested a twin but got a double, the booking was for my Mum and I but could have been embarassing if it was with a friend. Parking was very limited. Breakfast was always very punctual - delivered to your room, no option to eat downstairs. From the outside some of the other rooms looked a lot more spacious - just don't request one on the third floor!!!! You can't beat the location for its convenience to the town and Aix le Bains itself is a lovely resort, we will be going back, although would pay a bit more to stay at another hotel.

We really thought that the quality of this hotel surpassed the price on the room. Our view was beautiful and it was the largest room that we had while staying in France. Great location for day trips to places like Annecy.

The hotel was fairly good, food just OK but the hotel felt cold(temperature)
