Se andate in Provenza, affidatevi a le Chambres d'hotes, ce ne sono ovunque!!!! Non prenotate via internet!! Questa struttura invece è assolutamente da evitare. Può andare bene per una notte di passaggio, ma non di più! Noi ci adattiamo abbastanza facilmente senza troppe pretese ma questo prezzo anche se basso non vale il posto. Le camere sono esageratamente piccole, il letto matrimoniale ci sta giusto nella camera! ..e i bagagli non si sa dove metterli. Non hanno mai lavato il pavimento in 9 giorni e dubito che abbiano cambiato le lenzuola tutti i giorni. Inoltre il minuscolo bagno era ricavato con un separè di cartongesso da cui filtrava l' acqua della doccia ed entrava in camera! Per il prezzo potrebbero tranquillamente e abbondantemente includere la colazione che invece è esclusa e costa la "modica" cifra di 9€. La struttura inoltre è piuttosto lontana dal centro (oltre che difficile da trovare) e se siete in macchina vi ricordo che in centro e dintorni si parcheggia solo a pagamento in sotterraneo. Aix comunque è fantastica e piena di vita!!_____________________________________________________ ___________________________ This Hotel doesn't worth the price. For this price breakfast should be really included, instead to be apart at 9€. The rooms are very very very small and it's hard to find a place for your luggage. Then there's not a good cleaning service. They never cleaned the floor in 9 days! ..And I've some doubts about sheets changing. The Lilliput bath was obtained with 2 thick chalk-cardboard wall in a corner, from which the shower water drained in to the room! The hotel is also quite far from downtown and a bit difficult to find. We're not spoiled guys, we usually get easily pleased, but this place doesn't worth the price. Aix is beautyful and Provence of course. Don't book by internet, because it's full of Chambre d'Hotes everywhere! ...Surely better than this place.

The location is a little far from the city downtown,and the room is a little small.However,the place is nice with lots of flowers,trees and beatiful scenery. But is a little far,it's unconvencience without cars or buses to get to.

Rooms are extremely small - probably the smallest room we have ever stayed in. There was barely room to put a cott for our baby. The hotel is located in a residential area so you must be aware that you have to drive 10mins into the city centre.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. A 5 minuti di auto dal centro. Eccellente colazione a buffet. Cercate di evitare le stanze che danno sul loro parcheggio, perchè sono di fronte ad una strada a grande traffico e parecchio disturbate. A noi ne è toccata una all'interno del giardino e non si è sentita volare una mosca per tutta la notte. Fa parte della catena KYRIAD.

Best bed from all the places we stayed in France, with the room smartly designed but small, and very quiet at night time. From the photos placed on the website, we thought we would be in the outskirts, a rural area, but it is in a quiet neighbourhood close to the Vasareli Centre, which was a nice surprise. Fantastic breakfast with a variety of food that kept us full for the whole day. We drove to the city centre, but public transport is outside the hotel door. They have free internet service.

We enjoyed our stay at Mas des Oliviers as it gave excellent value for money. The accommodation is basic but clean and was a good base for touring Provence. The hotel was very well signposted, which was just as well,as it is a little bit off the main road!The quality of the food served in the evening is of a very high standard and compares favourably with other restaurants in Aix. We would recommend Mas des Oliviers if you want a reasonably priced hotel with no frills.

L'hotel fa parte della catena Kyriad. Le camere sono essenziali, anche se pulite e curate. Malgrado la posizione in un quartiere residenziale e il piacevole giardino, e' piuttosto rumoroso, forse per la carente insonorizzazione. La colazione e' di buona qualita'. Il personale gentile. Al prezzo pagato (49 Euro) e per una sosta breve e' una buona soluzione, al prezzo pieno (89 Euro), direi proprio di no.

Più che di camere si tratta di bungalow con pareti in compensato attraverso le quali i rumori non sono assolutamente attutiti. La camera è molto piccola. Accolti da una signora proprietaria che ci ha messo a disposizione (ore 21.40) i resti di quanto rimasto al self service e ci ha addebitato il costo intero motivandolo con il fatto che ha dovuto essere ancora presente alle 22 per sparecchiare!!!! Il vino sfuso (75 cc) ci è stato addebitato per 26 €!

A dispetto di quanto scritto da altri utenti, l'accoglienza è stata ottima. "Ovviamente" i francesi non si sforzano mimimamente di parlare in italiano, ma in qualche modo ci si capisce. :-) La struttura è tipica, le camere sono tutte a pian terreno e la maggior parte di esse danno su un bel giardino interno alberato. L'ampiezza non è certo un loro segno distintivo, ma, sinceramente, ho visto di peggio... In compenso si dispone di un comodo parcheggio interno e il centro di Aix è a non più di 5 minuti di macchina, a 1 minuto massimo 2 invece lo svincolo della tangenziale/autostrada. A mio parere un po' caro il servizio ristorante, almeno considerando il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Nel complesso giudizio medio/alto per questo hotel.

Fair quality of stay. Food quality is questionable (Saturday night buffet). Rooms are quiet with exception of the ones on the highway side. Could take much more advantage from the location and surrounding.

I requested a non-smoking room when booking and although the door of the room had a sticker showing 'no smoking', the room stank of stale smoke which resulted in having a sore throat throughout my stay. We arrived at approx. 20.15 and decided to eat at the on-site restaurant. There was not one vegetarian choice of main meal and although I was offered rice and vegetables, when I said 'yes' and suggested pommes frite, I was given only a plate of pommes frites. I then asked for mayonnaise but the waitress just walked away. The outside of the property was very neglected and the windows and ledges could have done with a good clean as they were very dirty. One good point was the breakfast and resident cat

I staid in a double room for a week. Rooms must be properly called fishers,cabins. You cant accommodate two suitcases. Altought, they have a king size bath-tub. Restaurant service is poor and expensive, but breakfast is complete and well serviced. Personal is kind, friendly and speak good English. Location instructions and maps must be improved. There are small yellow signals of the hotel in all the vicinity round points. Its a big Casino near the hotel that could be taken as fast reference, specially coming from the TGV station. Driving in downtown Aix is a nightmare. Better take a bus.

I usual lodge in more luxurious hotel, however I consider 7 the relationship between price/quality above all for the restaurant, few choices but good quality. The room was no perfect clean, above all the drinks-heater (there are the en camomile and some biscuits)encrusted enough. The bathroom was very narrow (and a light bulb burn) without window. We heared a continuos noise of trucks traffic (the hotel it's near the higway)

When you walk in the hotel theritory, you can feel it was relaxable for you to have a deck chair in the open air and fancy garden. And I love to make the fresh orenge juice, even if it was self-service, and it was very delightful for me to choose many kinds of flovar for each materials, such as; drinks are coffee, cafeO're, Espresso, Tea, Herb tea, earl gray and assam, breads are baget, crowason, canpanue and paund cake. etc.

I do not recommend the person don't reach this location in midnight, It's a little hardly understand for the first time commers to transfer the busese at the terminal and to read the map. As soon as you stayed here in once time, you can make some relax and forget about the bus traffic and tired. And at the breakfast, It was very delightful for me to have a very fresh orenge juice in self-service.

Our stay was perfect, the room was perfect and clean. Staff of the hotel very helpful. The breakfast is not a huge buffet but is very good, enough food for a good breakfast. I will totally recomend this hotel. Is a little in the outside of AIX but is ok.

Yes, this was the first time we stayed at this hotel. It was difficult to locate but the surroundings are quiet and quite pleasant. However, we saw some small cockroaches in the bathroom the first night, though not the subsequent nights.

Well, the arrival was a bit disappointing. Difficult to find, outside the city. Receptionist lady was not wery pleasant. Rooms vere small but clean but in a pre-fabricated style house with poor noise isolation. I thing it wood be ok in a camping. By chance the city was nice but I was happy to quit the "mas" the day after

Surroundings and breakfast were very nice. The room was clean with a spacious bathroom (but the room itself was very small). The reception service was not always very polite and welcoming.
