Excellent quality service, helpful staff and complimentary sodas in room. Pricey breakfast, but well worth it! The deluxe rooms are small, with limited seating and a shower that is rather hard to move around in; beautiful modern facilities, though! It might be worth the extra expenses to opt for a suite if you need a bit of space.

This hotel is nicely placed at a 5 minutes walk from Cours Mirabeau and the old town of Aix-en-Provence. Staff is kind and helpfull and there is free Wifi all over the hotel. The room is not so large, but with a very good old fashioned bed and everything is totally clean. Rooms and reception are decorated like Cezanne pictures. Only versus: their parking was full - you have to reserve a place in advance - so I was forced to park in the street, but I found a place just in front of my room windows. If I come back to Aix some days, I will be again in this nice hotel.

Hotel was lovely.Red/grey/white- very contemporary.Staff was nice. Breakfast yummy. (I left all of my medication & the staff very kindly forwarded them to my hotel the same day) Nothing binds them to doing this service yet we were met with reassuring smiles & a "we don't mind helping.Would highly recommend & return as location is also central to so many visitor's interests.

Very clean & lovely old hotel with modern & high tech amenities. The staff at the front desk was very helpful with suggestions for dining. We asked for places that were more local than touristy and all of the places they recommended were excellent. The hotel location is a 5-10 minute walk to the Cours Mirabeau. The advantage is that you're away from all the commotion & noise. The only downside to the hotel was the very expensive breakfast & limited alternatives in the immediate vicinity.

A well located hotel in a quiet area of Aix but within a few minutes walk to the centre. Our room was quite large and comfortable by French hotel standards. The staff was helpful and friendly.

When we arrived to Hotel Cezanne we are directed to a public car park and we did not realize how costly it was. We understood there was private parking but when we enquired next day we were told that the garage was full. Staff were not helpful in this regard and we had to pay over 30 euro for parking for two days without any expanation or helpful advise in this regard. The location was great, our room was a lot smaller than we expected considering the price of the hotel. We did not have breakfast as it was clearly overpriced. However we were near cafes and restaurants and we did not mind going out to get a more reasonable option for breakfast.

I can't say enough about this great hotel. Our room was spacious and lovely. Staff was welcoming and provided suggestions when asked. Breakfast was fantastic - home-prepared by a great chef who came out to greet and converse with each guest. All in all, a wonderful upscale three-star. Additionally, all the sights of Aix are pretty much within walking distance. We rented a car and drove to Arle, Gordes and the Pont du Gard all of which I highly recommend.

We did quite a bit of research and decided on this hotel, which was absolutely great! The rooms were spacious (we booked a junior suite, well worth it!), the tub and shower were great, and the staff was outstanding. We rented a car, and the free parking garage made the trip!

Average "business" hotel. Nothing special. OK location. Room not large. Breakfast overpriced.

Rooms small but well-designed with nice bathrooms; the staff was great. Only confusion was over breakfast and whether is it was included in room rate - breakfast itself is nice but pricey.

Hotel Cezanne is a boutique hotel suitable for upper mid-range to low high end clientele. The rooms are very small but well equipped and whimsically decorated. I especially appreciated the location near the train station but within easy walking distance to the Cours Mirabeau. Free mini bar was a nice touch. The only real negative is that the doors have to be slammed shut, which makes it very noisy if your neighbors get in late or leave early in the morning. At 18 euros, breakfast is overpriced. I chose to forego the "brunch" and opted for a cafe creme and a croissant at a salon de the.

We loved this hotel and both thought it was underrated as a 3 star hotel. We would give it 4 stars We were upgraded to a junior suite so we don't know what a typical room looks like. Free wifi, free bottled water were nice added touches. The room was crisp, clean and trendy. We would recommend our friends to stay there and would return.

This was an excellent experience. From the time you checked in to when we checked out the front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful with things to see and excellent restaurant recommendations. The staff was extremely accomodating. This was a weekend stay and the accomodations were very clean and comfortable. We stayed in a Jr Suite and the only thing that I would recommend is that a coffee or tea maker be in the room. The hotel lived up to all of our expectations.

This was our first trip to Air-en-Provence. We chose the junior suite at the recommendation of reviews on the internet. It was very spacious with a large, newly updated bathroom. The hotel is in an excellent location, just a block from the center of town. We can't say enough about the staff, especially Brice at the desk who was very friendly and had great recommendations for places to eat and visit.

Hotel Cezanne is magnificent - a strong modern design concept is applied right throughout the hotel. Compared with all other hotels we stayed in during this European holiday it came out absolutely tops and best value for money. The breakfast (extra charge) was also the best of any comparable hotels.

Shower very nice but tended to overflow, pity there wasn't a cheaper breakfast. I don't eat very much so 17€ was a bit expensive

Bedding was lovely. Room was too small and very shabby in overall look. Bathrooms were too small old and dated. Hotel hallways were needing refurbishing. Paint was chipped and the whole hotel looked tired and worn out.

Hotel is in a great location around the corner from Cours Mirabeau, shaded and quiet. Across the street from SNCF train station (TGV station is 30-Euro cab ride out of town). Staff was pleasant. Three stations for checking e-mail. Highly recommended.

We stayed at the Cezanne for only one night but thoroughly enjoyed the room and the services. The roman shower was somewhat defective, but the rest of the facilities and the free minibar were delightful. The staff, Eric, was knowledgeable and more than hospitable in helping us with all our needs. He made wonderful suggestions and even volunteered to help us make dinner reservations at both Aix and Marseille. It was more than we dreamed of. The hotel itself is nice and well-taken care of with attention to details. We would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hotel Cezanne is under rated. We have stayed in many 4-star and a few 5-star hotels which have fewer services and lower quality than the Cezanne. It should be rated a strong 4. The location is ideal when arriving either by SNCF or auto and it is but a short walk to the rotund. Our room was spacious with king bed and comforter. The bath was large with a wonderful walk in shower. Power was availabe on all walls for electronic hook-up. The free Wi-Fi worked with-out a hitch. The mini-fridge had cold beverages for our enjoyment and honor bar stocked good wine at a fair price. The free business center even had walk-up computers if you wanted to stand instead of sit while working. In all, the Cezanne is one of the best values we have found. It is operated by a professional hotelier who is attuned to the needs of traveler today.
