877-662-6988Housed in a lovely merchant's house dating back to the 18th, the Hotel Les Templiers boasts an out-of-the ordinary decor, an elegant combination of old stones, rustic furniture, secondhand goods, vintage travel souvenirs, creating a heterogeneous, harmonious, cozy setting.
Hotel guests will enjoy relaxing on the pleasant patio featuring a refreshing fountain and a small swimming pool. In addition, they will be delighted by the tasty authentic cuisine from Provence and Languedoc-Roussillon, served either in the friendly atmosphere of the on-site bar restaurant or under the shadow of beautiful Aigues-Mortes' palm and olive trees.

This was my second visit (first in 1993) and the hotel is an unusual place to stay. Bathroom was amazing, huge and spotless. Parking, however, is a nightmare. We parked in garage, with difficulty. Our departure, however, was somehow unpleasant. The manager seemed quite irritated and unfriendly. She was actually a tiny bit aloof for entire visit. Her husband, however, was quite agreeable. Dinner in dining room was above average but not spectacular.

By carFrom Highway A9: Exit at Gallargues-Le-Montueux Aigues-Mortes Grau-du-Roy (Junction 26) and proceed following direction Aigues-Mortes. Enter the city via road D979 and turn left twice, first onto Rue d'Alsace-Lorraine, then onto Rue de la République, where the Hotel Les Templiers lies.
