The place and sorroundings are spectacular (with nice views to the Valli dei Templi). The garden is very nice too. The room is not spacious, but clean and very quite. We were only one day, but enjoy the time.

The hotel seems to have been left in a 'dead area' following some road improvements. Having said that the hotel grounds were lovely and we had great views of the Templi from our room. It was as if the hotel was an overflow for its sister hotel (about 800m away) and was empty. Could be lovely and lively with more people

Unaware that the hotel itself did not provide dinner, but we had an excellent dinner at the nearby Hotel Baglio della Luna, which was suggested by Domus Aurea staff. Overall our stay was very acceptable
