Hotel della Valle - Agrigento

Staff was unfriendly and gave incorrect answers. The name seems to offer SPA facilities even though you have to pay an extra fee to use the SPA! Staff did not know that their own SPA is not open on Monday afternoon even though we especially asked for this time window and its opening time!

Ottimo hotel ad un buon prezzo, forse la posizione è un pò fuori dalla città e non vicinissima alla Valle dei Templi, ma tutto sommato è una buonissima sistemazione per visitare Agrigento.

Very nice property. Location is central but car is required. Town is 5 min and Temples 5 min by car. Our room was extra large but most rooms smaller but acceptable. Great pool and pool area.

This is a large hotel catering to many groups traveling by bus. Despite the name of the facility, don't count on walking to the archeological attractions unless you are very energetic. A major attraction are the spacious gardens and the attractive swimming pool. Excellent value for the price. Parking available on nearby streets--had no problem finding a space.

we stayed at the hotel for one day it was the perfect choice to visit the temples

The hotel would not recommend a nearby restaurant for dinner - there was one, which was in walking distance, but we had to find it for ourselves. Much better ambiance than the hotel restaurant. All Hotels should offer the service of recommending restaurants!

Weak welcoming

Impossible to find the location - 2 hours Room furnished from bric-a-brac yard - characterless. Breakfast was disgusting

The hotel location and the surrounding gardens were quite nice. The lack of a good parking facility was very surprising for a Jolly hotel. I think the staff suffers from tour busload fatigue.
