the person who runs this hotel is amazing. she was so helpful with everything. she gave us her honest opinion about everything and asked that we do the same so she could fix anything that wasnt perfect. she even checked on our hotels and areas for the next island we were going to. also we got upgraded on our last night as a gift because it was our honeymoon, but we were trying to do it on a budget. the rooms are nice, but the shower in the petite room was a bit crazy and got water everywhere. the bed wasn't amazing, but really in europe it can be hard to find a comfy mattress. the hotel itself is very nice and extremely close to the black sand beach. would definitely come back as the prices were good and the staff was the best i;ve ever encountered

Maria the manager of the hotel and her entire staff provided excellent service and information on the location what tours to book to see Santorini, how to get around and what sights to see. Deluxe Rooms are big with a kitchentte and fridge, well serviced. Location of the hotel is not in the middle of action as mentioned in the description but close enough (10 min along the beach) to Perissa a laid back but typical beach resort. Public transportation to Fira is about 5 minutes away.

This hotel was fantastic! Loved it. It was a little out of town, so in order to take a bus anywhere, you first had to take a bus into Fira. But Maria is incredible and very accomodating. They even provided a free ride to drop us off at the port. Would definitely stay here again.

The Petite Budget Rooms, located on the ground floor, have lovely patios and are equipped for 2 people. The spacious Deluxe Studios have private patios and accommodate up to 3 people. The Deluxe Apartments also have private patios and sleep up to 5 people comfortably. For an extra-special accommodation experience, Honeymoon Suites and Smaragdi Luxury Suites are also available, with private sea-view patios, elegant furniture and private Jacuzzi hydro-massage tubs.
