Corfu Hotel - Agia Napa

AVOID this hotel! The room and amenities stink badly. The staff is extremely rude. The food is horrible. The location is close to the beach but in a wretched, empty field kind of area. The amenities are very old and in a bad state. The ONLY advantages of this place are: - quiet enough for a couple with babies; - relatively close to the beach; - sea view.

You pay for what you get, basic but clean. Friendly staff, breakfast very basic. Ok for a weekend break.near to town

I stayed at AYIA NAPA for two reasons: a) to take part in the organization of a philatelic exhibition and b)family anniversary. The hotel is really close to the city centre but it is erected on a road having no street lighting and no pavements. It creates a strange feeling to walk on such a road during the dark hours.The need of a car for mature couples is almost imperative. The hotel is not 40 meters from the beach but about 500 meters if you walk through narrow tracks. The interior walls of the room need redecoration,the TV has no remote control and the reception is horrible. The satelite TV has very poor reception and the music transmitter just reproduces the TV! Bath and other sanitary appliances are old but clean. The guests were mainly from Eastern Europe, very few british and less germans or other nationalities. The Hotel, in my opinion, should not be rated for more than 2 stars.
