The hotel is located across the river from the historical center of Acqui Terme (about 15 minute walk). It's a slightly odd location. The hotel restaurant was closed even when there were many guests staying at the hotel. Breakfast is terrible, there is not a single fresh thing on the table and the coffee is bad.

It was an incredible experience a this beautiful hotel. We booked trough the internet and got the most beautiful room and very big! We will return and will spend more time for the spa and ayurvedic massage treat too. Just a great hotel, clean, quiet, friendly and the breakfast is very, very good and huge. It's a must to stay in this hotel whenever you are in the "Piemonte"!

This is a beautiful hotel. The restaurant is excellent and the room was absolutely fabulous. Its a bit hard to find so print a mapquest before going (our GPS couldn't find it and the local tourist office didn't know where it was). Worth the drive to Aqui Termi.

It is unfortunate that satellite connction was down and soccer European Championship match could not not be seen on TV. Personnel reaction was: "too bad, we cannot do anything". No internet connection possibility in the room.
