This hotel was in a fantastic location for visiting the thermal baths of Acqui Terme on foot. The staff was very friendly and helpful and gladly supplied a very nice crib for our daughter.

Hotel bit difficult to find. Outside controlled parking. Airconditioning in room was not working, but spacious room with rather big bathroom.However bad service in restaurant.(For dinner only open until 08.30 pm)Small setmenu, no menucard.Waitresses did not know how to explain what was on the menu. Breakfast rather poor. Seating at same dirty table as previous night for dinner without even a clean tablecloth.Only Italian speaking hosts.
