The stay was almost excellent. But instead of paying each sercice separately we would rather prefer an "all-inclusive" option. I would recommend to place such an offer in a price list. The rest was very good. I would account three days in Acqui as a week of wonderful time !

It's a hotel with charme of the last century. Vacuum cleaner lies around in corridor at any time but floor in room is not cleaned. Bed was too hard (I lied always "on top" not really "in"). Staff is very friendly but doesn't know about opening hours in town. Kitchen and decoration is rather poor (christmas with one cheep candle without any other decoration on the table). Dining room is windy (windows are old=not isolated!) and during breakfast the toaster makes a horrible noise. The wellness area is rather small and the radio is too loud. There is no silent area.

stayed 1 night only, this a good value for money hotel, the rooms are adequate The guy on the front desk was really helpful, he recommended a great restaurant La Curia! just a couple of minutes walk from the hotel. The beds were incredibly hard though, that's really the only real negative. didn't try use the spa facilities unfortunately I would stay here again,

It is always nice to stay at nuove terme. Staff is always very helpful even when, like this time, my booking was made too late the night before for them to be alerted. When I arrived, tehre was no booking but they solved it quickly and efficiently. Staff deserve the merit for the success of the place. Otherwise both the thermal area and the restaurant are not match for the name Grand Hotel, far from it.

This have been a really great hotel, but services as internet was just possible with own computer and dialup connection. Under the breakfast the staff was to noisy with clearing the tables. This is not what ill expected of a hotel with the name "Grand Hotel"

Beauty center and sauna, swimming pool, hamman close erarly in the eventing (19.30)... so it is unavailable for guests that are in Acqui T. for working. Rest of hotel is perfect and breakfast is very good and complete. :-)

Take the A7 highway, in direction Genova, continuing on the highway A21 in direction Torino. Take the Alessandria Sud exit and follow the indications for Acqui Terme.
From Genoa:
Take the A26 highway, until the Ovada exit and follow the indications for Acqui Terme.
From Bologna:
Take the A21 highway, towards Torino. Then take the Alessandria Sud exit and follow the indications for Acqui Terme.

By train
The Acqui Terme railway station is about 5 minutes on foot from the hotel.

By airplane
The Genoa airport is about 70 km from the hotel.
The Turin airport is about 100 km from the hotel.
The Milan airport is about 130 km from the hotel.
The Bologna airport is about 280 km from the hotel.

The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel.
