The food and the service were not as we expected. In fact the food was really bad and the service at times was dismal...you had to keep looking for staff to serve, like in the bar in the evening. Also the place is swamming with flies which made sitting by the pool impossible. We expected much higher standard. It is a lovely place and the staff are not all bad but we just felt a little more training was needed and the standard of the food needs to impove.
