We have used yout website thru our vacation for 15 days and it is the worst hotel we have stayed in. We had the feeling that we didn't belong there. They are very happy to serve italian speaking traveller. You should revised their application.

Usage of the swimming pool was quite relaxing after the whole day's walk in Padova. The feel of the small city made a good impression to us.

The hotel has clearly seen better times. Everything was rather jaded. When it came to settling the bill they refused to take a credit card making out that the machine was not functioning, which we did not believe. We would neither recommend this hotel nor choose to stay there again.

the rooms need an renovation and are a bit of a poor quality. The lady at the reception was not very friendly and didn't speak any language but italian. The manager of the hotel was well friendly and give us information. The meals are not cheap , but a little bit for "older people" who stay at the hotel for the "thermes"
