The location is one of the noisiest imaginable in one of the noisest cities in the world. When you do not need sleep the place is fine. As the location is good, near to downtown with metro a fex steps away. The rooms are soviet style, fortunately not furnished at all (one hook in the wall)and not too clean. Shower not near the room. You have to leave the appartment and go to another appartment for the shower, used by all others too. A tough experience and € 70 for this is a stiff price. But alternatives in downtown Moscow are rare.
