The hostel is very well located just steps to Plaza Callao. Plenty of stores to eat and shop. El Corte Ingles, just across the street with a market on the basement. WIFI and computer at the reception area. The room was small but clean. Noisy at times due to young people going in and out. The staff is excellent. Thank you to Miguel,Mercedes, Lola, Vanessa and Dario. A ten to them! I will come back again.
