The welcome was great, they were friendly and funny. However the only thing that let the room down was the en Suite shower, it went from hot to cold. Also the bedside lamps did not work and the cellign light was too bright to have on it's own on an evening.

This was a small, central and old hotel, only 10 minutes walk from Victoria Station. It is perfect for those who want a cheap place to stay, whenever you are in London. Dont be too excited for the breakfast, it was the poorest thing I have ever seen. We slept in the basement, but we will recommend you to get a room upstairs.

they are reburshinbg the rooms and the one i had was newly done. however it was not vaccumed and the blanket was stained and had holes in it. the room is tiny, just big enough to fit the bed and the plastic cubicle for the shower/toilet which is minuscule (2m2). overall the place is tiny, not very clean and not very friendly.but it was cheap 25 euros and was certainly not worth any more.

I am not demanding about food but the breadfast is really too basic - just jam and bread plus cereals. The common bathroom gives sufficient and very hot water but has water leakage problem. The room is extremely small. TV set is provided but cannot show clear images may be owing to poor reception problem. The hotel is within walking distance to Victoria Coach Station and train station. Will not return if I go to London again.

When i read comments before staying in this hotel i was a bit afraid. But no way. Whoever is used to travelling will understand that in this Bed and Breakfast you get what you pay. Being honest i have no real complaints. I paid the price was advertised , i had no problem to pay with credit card, the place was not that dirty as i read in the other comments , bathrooms where always clean, i must say i will probably come back because i found some humidity in the walls , room was small , and if i wanted a great hotel for a cheap price i could find one probably one hour away from the city Center, but staying here a visit the most important places in London just walking. My advice anyway to people that have no experience on travelling is that you book a more expensive hotel so you will not complaint. My General Opinion is that the place is FINE and Staff Honest.

I went to London on a budget so I wasn't looking for luxury. I would be happy if the room was warm and clean. The latter should be better, specially in the shared bathroom. The breakfast was far too basic, just cereal and bread. Literaly. Serious, not at least some fruit. If you are going to London for a couple of nights on a budget and wants to be near the city centre, this is a good place, but don't expect too much. From the hotel we walked everywhere and in 3 days we didn't use public transport. It's possible to walk to the Natural History and Science Museum, Tate Britain, Imperial War Museum, Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, National Galery and even the British Museum. I made a video showing the hotel, look at youtube.com/diogok to have a better ideia about the Colliers.

English : First of all. When you go to London, it is necessary to expect to spend a lot of money. Whether it is shopping, restoration or (and it is what interests us, here) hotels. We knew that a cheap, midtown located one would be hard to find. We booked at the Colliers Hotel since we were not very particular about the appearance of the hotel. Our priority was to find a correct, central and affordable one

Rooms are small, dirty, uncomfortable. There was rubbish just next our door. The "bathroom" looked like a tiny plastic box, there wasn't even room enough to sit on the toilet and close the door. The bed blanket was probably a carpet! However the location is convenient, safe, quiet and there are plenty of other hotels.

I booked this room as a christmas present for my girlfriend for 2 day to go see les Misérables. When we arrived the manager was realy polite and showed us the room before booking. I thought there would be a shared shower and toilet. But to my surprise we had a private bathroom. The Beds where nice if a little old. But me and my girlfriend slept very good. The only problem is with thin walls. We where in room no 2 but we could heard the 3 men in room number 3 very clearly. Asides from that I really recomend the Colliers hotel for any budget traveler.

No volveré.

Zona OTTIMA!!

This is a tipical bed & breakfast - sad, that you will feel every single spring whilst lying on the bed, you will hear your neighbours climbing up the stairs or talking in the room next to yours, and you'll get a too simple breakfast: some corn flakes and toast with boiled eggs. For that, you are so much in the center, more tube lines and buses, shopping center, restaurants &take aways: just 2 streets away, that means that Warwick Way is a very quiet surrounding. So it's the best if you just wish to sleep 1-2 nights there and hang out in the daytime.

My friend and I had a very nice stay with only one exception, the beds were not nice to sleep in (to old/worn out?) We were very pleased with the elder woman Neola in the kitchen, very nice and helpfull + the "boss" in the office, very kind and helpfull. Thank you so much for making us feel like home. If you ever replace your beds with new and better ones, we would be happy to stay at your hotel the next time we visit London. :o) Yours sincerly Liza Pedersen

Terrible! Avoid it like the plague - which is what I looked like I had after receiving nearly 40 bedbug bites in one night there. In addition no one was there to check me out in the morning.

I think you need a sense of humour to visit this place. It's fine but it's not a hotel. It's a strange b&b that is cheap enough by London standards but the shower was broken, the full english breakfast was cornflakes, an egg and some toast and the manager seemed startled that he had guests, not knowing which room to put us in.

The worst hotel than I have been (In Spain, Scotland, England, Puerto Rico and the Dutch Antilles).
