The hotel is generally OK. The staff is nice. Some rooms are VERY tiny and have no light. Ask to see your room before checking in. The Hotel recommends a Shuttle to the Airport. The shuttle is incredibly bad organized and ridiculously long to reach the airport. Instead of driving in circles inside the neigbourhood to pick passengers, the shuttle should give everybody a rendez vous at the hippodrom and from them drive to the airport.

it could has been better if the responsible was more awake, we can't says it's a bad hotel, but a bit noisy, (no wall isolation), and we had two small room even if we did reserved a long time ago. No respect after eleven PM about the sleeping time. So, we don't recommend it

The economic double bedroom properly bears its name. İt's the minimum you can expect. İt is small and has no view but we had been warned, so there's nobody to blame. The bathroom was woebegone. The breakfast was disappointing. It is no quality food and the TV is on, which is not nice. As for the manager, he really helped when we had to make a reservation to travel around Turkey. That's the best point.

The location was excellent, breakfast was good (only I missed yoghurt, I thought it belongs to the Turkish breakfast). The room where we stayed was small but the price was reasonable.

A nice and quiet Hotel with friendly staff. The breakfast-buffet ist very good and located on a terrace on top of hotel with nice view over the bosporus. The Hotel is the best choice, if you want to be "central", quiet and with lots of nice small roads and restaurants round the corner. Hagia sophia and all the other stuff is just round the corner!!! Some of the other rooms and comfort rooms i saw, were a bit old, but clean. Our standard double room for the first night was very small and simple and had the window to the ugly grey backside of the hotel. Better take one of the "sea view rooms" with bosporus view, spend the 20 bugs more, but enjoy your stay much more! We did it.

The room was unbelievably cramped (although that may be the norm in Istanbul, I don't have anything else to compare to) with no where to keep luggage, and there was a very loud furnace or heater or something. And, it was very tastefully decorated & well done with the tiny space that there was.

The location is good but the hotel feels a little run down. We picked a standard room and were put in the ground floor small room with no view - but we asked to change and he offered us a bigger room with a nice view for an extra 20 euros which we took. Breakfast is satisfactory.

The manager is very kind: upon our request, he has changed our first room (too small) with another one just a little larger. Rooms at 55€ rate are very small, without view. It's not soo clear which of them are "non smoking rooms".Tourist information at the hotel are not so complete, as we hope. The last day (we stayed there 5 nights) the offered us the transfert to the airport. The breakfast was good and generous (if you had it early in the morning, otherwise...). In that area there are many little restaurants for tourists as well little food shops.
