The double room was unacceptably small, we changed to a room for 4 persons, about 10 square meters. Clean. Nice view. OK wifi, AC, fridge. Queue to lift. Many sellers outside at the lift.

The hotel is a tiny place but it was as described on the website. All the bad things (lift, small size) were known for me from the beginning, so there were not surprises. The room was clean and safe, the lady in charge was really helpful as well as the staff. The location is great... so overall I will definitely stay there again.

Let me say first if your vacation is on the cheap and you want to stay in a prime location in Kowloon this will probably be your best choice. The hostel on the 15 floor is modern, clean, but tiny-hey it's Hong Kong. I would say the room I stayed in was about 8x10 and that included the bathroom. What I didn't like was the entrance into the building from the street. Yes there are plenty of shady people trying to sell you everything you can think of and yes you may have to wait 15 min. for the elevator (lift). Every time I returned back to the hostel I felt like I needed to prepare for battle to get back to my room. So I would probably not stay there again and spring for a real hotel room. I did arrive at 1:45 in the morning and the manager left her number and a phone so I could check in which was really nice.

This is a budget hotel, you get what you pay for. It is neat and tidy and has everything you would need in HK. Staff were friendly and helpful. It is in a great location for shopping and travel, only one downside is that there are people soliciting business on the street, fake watches, tailoring and accommodation, I just ignored them which would be the preferred solution to the problem, but it could be intimidating for the less experienced traveler. The entrance to the hotel is very unusual as it is a converted office block with many hotels and hostels, my hotel (guest house) was on the 15th. floor which meant waiting in line for the tiny lift and then squashing into it. If you have a personal space issue this is not the place. You also will not find your hotel marked on the building, it is marked as Chung King Mansions only, your reservation address will tell you which block you are in and what floor your hotel is located. Bus A21 from airport stops outside the hotel, the train is also just up the road.

The rooms themselves are very clean and the free wifi service also helped a lot. The room where I stayed had air conditioning with digital control of the temperature, and also a minibar which was an unexpected plus. The only thing that REALLY bothered me and my family was the fact that the room where we stayed was on the 15th floor and there are ONLY two elevators for the entire building. This caused queues to always form at the elevator entrance on the ground floor and sometimes we had to wait about 5 minutes before getting in them! It was a little annoying, especially when carrying shopping bags and stuff.

I had a wonderful time at the Park Guest House. The rooms are spotless, and no smaller than more expensive business hotel rooms in Japan. The staff were extremely helpful and I will definitely come back next time I am in Hong Kong. You will not find better accommodation in such a ritzy neighbourhood at this price!

Rooms are basic but very clean. We had shower/toilet en-suite, ceiling fan and air-conditioner. The owner and staff were very friendly and helpful. Not much space in the room but we were only sleeping there and it's right in the middle of action packed area at south end of Nathan Rd. Easy to access by airport bus A21 or night N21.

Very good hostel: rate-quality. It's better than I thought before arrival. I'll return there in the future.

The rooms are very very small. The double bed is a big single bed. The washrooms including the shower are at the size of an airplane's washroom. There is no separate place to shower - there is just a hose near the toilet. Two people cannot walk in the room at the same time. The elevator is extremely slow, and there is usually a long queue to it. Rooms are clean.

Staff is attentive and courteous. Bed is clean but the room feels kind of eerie. The mattress sits on a stainless stain bed frame. It fact it feels like a morgue to me. No offense. I paid HKD 460. The price is not worth it.

The welcoming from the owner who is a Chinese was wonderful. She changed our rooms so that we can be on a slightly bigger rooms in front of each other, because we needed two rooms. The rooms were totally clean and quiet. The rooms were too small but worth of the price that we paid. The rooms were secured with access cards so we could put our valuable stuff inside the rooms.

I recommend the gueat house as a top value for money place. It is extremely clean and tidy. The room is very small but this is expected in a city like Hong Kong. The Philippinie helper is very co-operative and charming. The manager of the house is nice lady and is ready to help at any time.

As mentioned by other travellers, the room was newly renovated. I love the fact that they have fridge, air cond,tv and hot shower. They even provide shampoo, shower gel and toilet roll. Free drinking water too. Location is awesome. Great value for money. I will definately check in there again for my Hong Kong trip in the future.

Deserves Guiness Award for smallest self contained apartment. Clean but so tiny its stuffy. Air conditioning but no blankets. Shady neighbourhood/building, rabbit warren 15 floors up. Worth what you pay but not a cent more.
