The hotel has a very familial flair to it. The staff is very attentive about the guests wishes, without being importunate. In the big lounge room with confortable couches and a big TV gives the possibility to relax after a long day's trip, that the staff is glad to organize and adjust it to personal preferences. I haven't felt any superficiality among the staff members and I had some very entertaining chats with them. The rooms are held simple, but bed and bathroom were clean. Breakfast is served at anytime, and any extra wishes I had were fulfilled. During my short stay I felt very welcome and even got invited to eat dinner with the staff. This hotel is highly recommendable to Cairo visitors who don't put much importance on luxury, but rather find joy in simplicity and functionality. Even families with younger children will find a child-friendly environment, so my impression. I'm coming back!
