We was not happy about that what we have seen in the hostel. At this time repaire is carried out. That seems to be really necessary, because everything is worn off. There is not a car park for customers.Only one good thing - beds was nice and clean.

this was a very bad experience. the smell inside the hostel was horrible. All the facilities were horrible, everthing was broken and not clean at all. There were holes in the bathroom door. the bathroom was so small it was almost impossible to use. There was noise everywhere like the walls were made of paper. There isn't anything possitive to point out. Just a horrible eperience.

No wifi in the room, you have to go downstairs to the kitchen to use the internet. The bathroom was blocked and no hot water, can't take shower. The receptionist is being very helpful. The location isn't great, too far from the city center and there is nothing much to do nearby. The room is not very clean, and the sheets and pillow smell. I will never go back to this hostel or Brussels again.

Worst place I've ever been to.Seriously. The rooms are dirty and small(but at least there's a window in them), No free coffee in the morning unless you decide to spend your time making it for yourself in a stinky, dirty kitchen. Oh, and there's only two bathrooms to be found there but of poor quality. If the word "quality" can be mentioned in the same context with this hostel at all... BUT the cleaning ladies are all very charming and friendly. If you need any information about ANYTHING ask them.Don't even try it at the reception desk. Those guys are no use at all. BUT they are also quite friendly and cheerful.

I think it is the cheapest place to stay in Brussels for a short stay, but as a result it is not very clean, if you will use it just to sleep, to cook, and you will spend most of your day out, so it is very good for this purpose.

I booked a double room for myself and a friend. The hostel was really not as bad as some of the reviews have made it out to be. The guy at the front desk spoke really good english and was helpful with directions. Our room was perfectly clean and the beds/sheets were fine. There's a kitchen to cook food in if you want. The toilet is clean. The shower was clean and hot water. the only complaint with the shower was that there was no fan so it smells a little weird. just breathe through your nose for your four minute shower and get over it. In terms of transportation. Tram line 7 was just outside the hostel. The name of the stop is Roffiaen. Take tram 7 towards Vanderkindere. Then transfer to Tram 3 towards Esplande. If you need to stop at Midi Station that is located on Tram 3. To get to the city center get off at Bourse Beurs and you're within walking distance of the historic city center. There are a lot of negative views for this hostel but it was honestly not a bad experience. You just have to realize that you're staying at a youth hostel not a five star hotel.

This is an hotel for people who want to sleep without paying a lot and/or don´t care about great confort. For young travelers or for one short night in the city. However the staff is very friendly and they offer you some free tea o coffee for the breakfast!

The staff was great and always ready to help me with everything i needed, or advice me where to go and what to see. I could leave my personal belongings (laptop etc) at the reception to be safe. The room, according with the price, was fair enough. Instead of paying a more expensive hotel, saved a lot of money, did my shopping and my nights out, with a lower budget than i expected. I recommend it as a cheap solution for travelers and tourists.

Really good wi-fi, big dorm so a lot of place to put your stuff, clean, really nice place... The only negative point will be that we don't have the key of the front door so we have to ring each time, it make me inconfortable i feel annoying the staff. Also the shower is really really small and so curtain on the window of the room would have been great.

HORRIBLE! I have been in many hostals even in some poor countries and I had never seen something like this! Many weird and noisy people staying there. The bed was ok but only one sheet so you had contact directly with the (used?) blanket, no towel provided, the trash bin was full when I entered and did not get empty the day I left. Hopefully I only stayed 2 nights. The "lockers" in the room can be easily open by someone else, you must then take everything with you all the time. The toilets were always very very dirty, with no soap, the shower the same, very dirty, no mirror. The staff was very friendly the day I arrived, there was no one when I wanted to give back the keys when I left. I didnt use the kitchen which seemed to be as clean as the building.. unclean! At least there was free Wi-Fi but I had to be careful and keep my laptop always with me, someone could have stolen it easily. So if you really don t have where to sleep, and will only stay one night, you don t care not taking shower and maybe get your stuff stolen, and pay 17 euros for that (not worth it at all.. neither 7 euros), so yeah, you can go, otherwise, look for something else, moreover the location is quite bad from Louise you have to take the tram. ------------------------------------------ HORRIBLE!
