El patio interior es muy bonito y acogedor, pero amplía el ruído de puertas, duchas y voces demasiado. La localización, perfecta, pero no se lo recomiendo a gente con el sueño ligero....

We appreciate Internet facilities ( WIFI) , the Hostal is in the center of Séville. We have little problems with the shower and the W.C., and we have heard some noise from people who were on the terrass ( smoking, drinking, speaking ...) . However, we have a very good time in this place.

Posizione perfetta per fare turismo, centralissima. Posto simpatico, rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo, anche raffrontato agli altri hostal trovati in Andalusia, persone disponibili. I pochi nei superabili con l'organizzarsi (non cercare di fare colazione o doccia tutti alle 8.30, per esempio).

Nice patio and wonderful roof , the place is well located, really quiet. Just one bathroom per plant which is OK most of time but a mess after 10 (end of the breakfast). Breakfast is a mess, and not so good but really funny to see all the occupants with little eyes waiting for their toast !!! Internet for free (2 computers) and phonecall to several countries too. Very nice place to stay in Sevilla !

We were there for 4 days in December, and the experience wasn´t as good as we expected. The Hostal was near one of the most comercial streets, so it was a great place from which to visit the historical center of Seville. The staff was nice and the rooms were quite small but clean. The shared WC was a problem, because there were only three bathrooms and there were more than 20 rooms, so you have to wait for a long time to have a shower in the morning. The worst thing was the breakfast, because there wasn´t a dining room, so you have to have it in the middle of the hall.

How to reach Hostal Nuevo Suizo

By train
From the Santa Justa railway station, take bus number 32 and get off at the last stop, Plaza de la Encarnación. From there, keep straight until you see a MacDonald's at your left. Turn left just before it and take Calle Sierpes. Keep walking for about 80 metres, the second street left is Calle Azofaifo, where you will find the hostel.

By airplane
From Sevilla-San Pablo airport, take the airport bus and get off at Puerta de Jerez. From there, continue straight by the Avenida de la Constitución and pass Plaza San Francisco square. Take Calle Sierpes and keep on walking. Then take Calle Azofaifo, which is the fourth street, and you will find the hostel.

Guests can leave their cars at a public parking area located around 400 metres from the property.


Hostal Policies

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of no show or a less then 48 hours cancelation a first night fee will be charged. Cancelation policy is 48h, any booking cancelled later than that will be charged for the first night All credit card payments are charged a 4% surcharge.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 2 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
