It doesn't have elevator, so probably you will have to go upstairs one or two floors. In the mornings, the cleaners and personal of the hostel make a lot of noise, which is heard in the room. On the other hand, the bathroom is clean and it looks new or has been reformed. Also, if you ask for the password, you can use wi-fi in your room. We didn't have timetables' problems, we could leave the room at 1p.m. everyday, and later it was clean.

Nos desplazan a otro hostal donde no hay recepción, muy reducido de espacio, persianas que no bajan, con terraza compartida por la que se puede psarr de uns habitaciones a otras. Francamente mal

- I had booked my room several weeks before but the receptionist couldn't find my name. As I had asked for a quiet room I get one without window (little window on the passage) light and noice. - The sheets were not clean. + The receptionist was a smiling lady. + The bathroom was clean.

Nice and charming place, especially the top floor rooms which are brand new. Our room was very small, but nicely decorated and sunny. Many cafés and restaurants in the area, very close to the historic center. Well located.

Murillo Gardens (its 4 minutes far from the hostel). The Principal Bus Station'El Prado de San Sebastian ' is a 15 minutes from the hostel walking.Train Station 'Santa Justa' is 25 minutes walking.It is linked with all touristic of Sevilla and transport can´t be more close to the Hostal

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. CANCELLATION POLICY
If you don´t cancel the booking before 48 hours (two day) of the day of chek in or in case of no-show the hostel will charge the firs day of the estance. Si no cancela su reserva 48 horas (dos dias) antes de la fecha de llegada o si no se llega al hostal se cargará la primera noche de la estancia.
