Great place to stay in the heart of Granada. The room was clean and large, bathrooms pretty clean and always available. The owner was very welcoming with all the information we needed.I would highly recommend this place as it was great value for the price.

I stayed at Antares for 2 nights in July 2010. I was recommended it by a friend who'd had a very good experience there. I read some reviews inc. one very bad one about hair all over the sheets, but I can assure you that that problem has been well and truly fixed. The location is unbeatable, and it's mostly very quiet. Given the price, I think it is excellent value for money - but I would recommend paying the extra 5€ per day for the air con, in spite of the host's view that Granada is relatively cool during the night (I was kept awake all night one night due to the heat; the next night when I got the air con it was fine). The host is also really friendly.

Magnificent location, boarding house very clean, spacious rooms, the best boarding house of the ones that was in Spain, good relation quality-price. To a step of the Duomo, Alhambra..........instead of shopping and tapas. The staff at Antares are fantastic. ¡¡COMPLETELY RECOMEENDABLE!! I love Antares.

It's an ancient hostel - better for students. WV is on the floor, my room had window to the internal patio - to the corridor of blind walls. Was cold, but really clean. The great situation and price allows to stay there just to sleep for one night. No more. It's not comfortable.

It is definitely central with easy access to all public transportation and walking distance to most attractions. surrounding was not very exciting with hordes of junkies and punks making late night strollers rather uneasy. the room never got cleaned while we stayed and the beds never got changed. however, the proprietor was rather cordial and very formal and polite.

Fantastic position - friendly and helpful staff. Rooms on the small side and could be noisy at night but excellent value if want to be in the heart of granada with easy access to everything
