reception Hostal Barcelona City Centre reception The Barcelona City Centre hostel boasts a privileged situation in the most charming district of the city and allows guests to sleep a step away from the main Barcelona's sights.

A short and pleasant walk will lead guests to excellent shopping, dining and leisure facilities. However, the phylosophy of the hostel is not only to offer an optimal situation but to provide guests with all the services.

Among the facilities, guests can avail of the reception opened from 9 a.m. to 5.30 p.m., the laundry service, the TV room/library supplied with a fridge and the possibility to bring their pets.

The room was to the street and the noise was so loud that I could hardly sleep at night (and I do not need a totally quiet room to sleep...). The employees were almost never around that I could complain about the room. When I finally talked to somebody, the answer was: The rooms that are not so loud do not have so much light. So you can chose - a terribly loud room, or a dark room...

some of the other guests were very loud, even late at night. Together with the thin walls, this created a considerable nuisance for us. Otherwise we were satisfied with service and personnel.

By underground
The nearest underground station is Passeig de Gràcia (L3 green line).

By bus
Buses n. 7, 16, 17, 63, 67 and 68 have a stop just in front of the hostel.

By airplane
From Barcelona-El Prat airport, take the RENFE train to Plaça Catalunya. Then take the L3 green line towards Canyelles and step off at Passeig de Gràcia, which is the first stop.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: the rooms are available at any time from noon. Earlier check-in is also possible.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than noon.

INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Soap, bed linen and towels are included in the price.
Cots are provided at no extra charges.
Wi-Fi Internet connection is included in the price.
Pets under 20 kg are allowed at no extra charges.
Laundry service is not included and costs €10,00 per 6 kg of clothes washed.

CANCELLATION POLICY
You can cancel the booking until 7 days before your date and time of arrival. In case you cancel after this period, we charge the first night. In case of no-show (you don´t cancel the booking and you don´t come to the hostel withtou any advice) we charge the full amount of the booking.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 7 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
