METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

Check-in: From 5pm till 9pm
Check-out: At 10am


INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
The price includes beddings that will be changed once per week. For further changes it's 10€ per person.
Extra bed included in the price.
Welcome packs: 80€
It's included the final cleaning, bed sheets and leenen, water till 20m3 per week and electricity till 200kw per week, gardener and pool man.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of cancellation, the Agency can hold 20% of the whole price for more than 30 days before the beginning of the stay, and 50% when the cancellation takes place less than 30 days. If the cancellation takes place less than 7 days before the beginning of the stay, the Company can hold the whole amount as reimbursement. The Company will be no more obliged to hold the lodging's booking if this will not be occupied within 48 hours from the date it has been booked for.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 30 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
