By airplane
From Orlando International Airport (MCO): Head south on Airport Blvd. Take the ramp to SR-436/Terminal B/N exit/SR-528-TOLL and merge onto Airport Blvd. Take the SR-528-TOLL W ramp to I-4/International Dr/Florida's Turnpike. Merge onto SR-528 W Toll road and take Exit 2 for Universal Blvd toward Orangewood Blvd. Turn right at Universal Blvd and then left at Lake Cay Pl. Take another left at Cayview Ave and you will arrive at the Vista Cay resort.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

Check-in: the accommodations are available at any time after 4 p.m.
Check-out: it is necessary to vacate the accommodations not later than 10 a.m.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If canceled 30 days or more before check-in, there is no penalty. If canceled 16 to 30 days before check-in, a $75 penalty. If canceled 15 days or less before check-in, guest will not be offered a refund. Deposit: A fixed amount of USD 300 per room will be charged on the day of booking. The remaining balance will be charged 30 days prior to arrival. $30.00 Property Protection is charged in every reservation $90.00 + Tax Cleaning fee is applicable to all stays of 5 nights or less
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 15 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
