Smoking is not allowed. Please, note that the apartment is not wheelchair accessible, since there are 75 steps to climb, in order to reach the front door.

Check-in: the apartment is available at any time after 4 p.m.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the apartment not later than 10 a.m.

A refundable damage deposit of €300,00 must be paid upon arrival.

14- 7 days prior to arrival: 75 % of total cost
Less than 7 days prior to arrival: 100% of total cost.
In the event that the client changes the dates, it will be understood
as a new stay and it shall be subject to the cancellation conditions.
Please note that a 20 % booking deposit is due in order to confirm your
reservation.This deposit is non-refundable.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 30 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
