Check-out: it is necessary to leave the villa not later than midday.

CANCELLATION POLICY
A cancellation becomes effective on the day when the declaration is received and the following charges will be incurred. - after 30 days prior to start of arrival - 100% of total rental cost.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 30 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
