You can leave your children in safe hands at Kids World, where they will be kept busy by a host of toys, games, learning materials, books and films, as well as the playtime activities program from 9.30 a.m. to 6.30 p.m. Suitable for children aged between 3 and 12 years old, the kids club is divided into 2 different age groups.
There is also a day nursery for babies aged between 6 and 36 months, which is open from 9.30 a.m. until 5.30 p.m. Babysitting service is also available upon request.
Both the kids club and day nursery are open from March to October. They are open by prior arrangement from November to February, and are both closed on the 25th December and the 1st January. Please remember that advanced booking is required for babysitting and day nursery services for babies aged from 6 to 36 months.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: the accommodations are available at any time after 4 p.m.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the accommodations not later than 10 a.m.
INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
The use of the wired Internet connection is included in the price.
The Internet connection via the interactive TV is not included in the price; further information is available upon request.
Parking is included in the price.
Access to the spa is included in the price, although massages and other beauty treatments come at an extra charge.

The English, French and MQ breakfast selections are not included in the price and cost €12,00 each.
CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 30 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
