when we came to the Hotel Express we - 2 non-smokers - were given a smoking room, which stank so terribly we wouldn´t stay there. When I complained I was informed, that I hadn´t specifically asked for a non-smoking-room! As if this would be common in modern times! And: They were not able to give us a non-stinking-room - they put us then in a smoking-handicapped room that stank only little less. NEVER AGAIN
