very good location, excellently serviced but being new the staff is short and the shuttle services between the airport and hotel needs a better & bigger bus - Overall a very good hotel for persons having to take early morning flights out of Malpensa Airport

Hotel is quite near the airport, but be aware that taxi drivers are not that enthusiastic about such a short drive when there is the possibility of a longer one and it is too far to walk. Hotel is great, no complaints.

We were very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I would recommend it to everyone who needs a night or two near the Milan international airport. It has the best price to quality ratio of any hotel we've utilized in Europe. It is new, with very reasonable cost and very clean, modern, decent rooms. The rooms have every amenity you could need for this type of hotel. We've stayed before in a much more expensive hotel in the airport area and won't use it again now that we've found this hotel. The area around it is slightly run down, but it did not affect our stay as we felt that most airport hotels have this problem. The hotel does not have a restaurant so we walked down the street a couple blocks and surprisingly found an old hotel with a decent restaurant filled with folks from Holiday Inn Express.

Visited in mid May of 2009, and agree with the previous comments: - Strongly recommended if driving (better with GPS) or arriving during day time (at least before 10:30pm to count on the hotel shuttle). Room and facilities are excellent. Very modern, spacious, and good quality of bed and bathroom equipments. - Strongly against it for those travelers that arrive late night and count on the hotel to be within walking distance or offer shuttle service. It's in a very desolated area, and if not led by GPS, even if I drove, I would for sure have had huge trouble finding it. Even with GPS it took me almost 7-10 minutes to drive through the winding road and finally find the hotel. So if you would like to find it by driving without GPS, or just walk there with luggage, good luck. Hotel shuttle stops after 10:45pm (check with the hotel for confirmation).
