The welcoming of the hotel was so so because when I was checking in the lady who was helping me got a phone call and instead of finishing checking me in she decided to help the person on the phone and because she wasn't paying attention to me she did a mistake on my reservation and put a hold of $70.00 three times on my atm/visa and she also charged me like a regular walk in instead of the price given to me when I did my booking with you guys. At the end they did fixed it but to do that I had to talk to Armando supervisor and than at time of checkout I had to talk to the manager a lady who finally fixed everything and I had to wait exactly one week to get the money back from the 3 holds of 70 that they had put. But the service of the room was very good and the surroundings were perfect because everything was near to us.
