Good hotel to stay for a short while. It is about a 15 to 20 minutes shuttle bus away to Romes sightseeing. It was adequate enough. Nice pool but not enough chairs.

Excellent hotel with many facilities (for example bus transfer to Rome City as well as airport) According to the web-site, the hotel is at walking disctance from Aurelia railway station. This may be true, however in order to reach the hotel you would have to cross a busy motorway which of course is impossible. Breakfast appeared NOT to be included in the price. Staff could be more friendly.

Hotel too far, if you are visiting Rome as a tourist. Walls too thin in room, can hear "everything, I mean everything" in the next room. We left our room early, were gone for 8 hours and room was never cleaned. We had to call down for towels since only 1 towel was supplied for double room. Dining room Maitre D was very rude and abrupt in seating people. Wait staff was very nice, however. On checkout day, I reserved a cab to the airport. The hotel desk asked that I share it with other guests at no additional charge. The"suspicious cab" had no meter. the driver charged both me and the other guests 52 Euros apiece. This was a total ripoff, since, I asked a cab driver the previous day how much it would cost to go to the airport. I was quoted 30 - 35 Euros depending on the luggage. I felt this was some kind of a setup between the hotel and this so-called taxi. I would not recommend this place nor ever go back. Sorry

Enjoyed the hotel and their services. It was a bit farther away from Vatican City that I was led to believe, but the hotel had an excellent and convenient shuttle service. Highly recommend this hotel.

Very poor services at the restaurant and poor quality of food. Better to find a restaurant outside.

We were a family of 13, 11 adults and 2 children that had five rooms. Each of the rooms had two single beds and a fold out bed, which worked perfect. The breakfast was great. The rooms were quiet, clean, and great air conditioning (it was 95 degrees). The pool was used by the children and was perfect for the hot weather. We also had free internet access from the room, from our own laptops, which was nice. The front desk was apprehensive on giving us tickets for the shuttle to town, because we were such a large group, and told us the shuttle was full the night before, when it was actually empty the next morning. We used the shuttle, cabs, and our own car to get to and from the city, and it was not that difficult. From the rate we paid, it was great value.

Directions to the hotel from the highway could be better visible Disadvantage: no indication if and how the nearby railway station can be used for downtown transportation, we received only an unfriendly hint to a public bus on the other side of a four line highway

We were travelling with 4 children and so required two triple rooms. One was hugh the other was quite cramped. The breakfast included in the price was wonderful and made this hotel a good value for money. There was live music in the evening which was enjoyable. There is also a small playground on-site which my children utilized and there are some fast food resturants within walking distance. The shuttle service met our needs for sightseeing but the hotel was farther from the city center than I had imagined. Staff were quite helpful.

The setting of the hotel was excellent in relation to viewing Rome and its surroundings. The staff were very hospitable and efficient. A good choice However on leaving to go to the airport I was recommended by staff to use a taxi service which I believed was from the hotel. A gentleman named Alexander who informed us he used to work at the hotel. He explained he was not a taxi service but a limosine, this was after we had journeyed 5 miles. His price for the trip was 62 Euros compared to 37 Euros on the way in. By association this should not be considered as a hotel service and to say I was annoyed is an understatement.
