Very good price 65 euros for double room including breakfast. The breakfast was one of the best we had in our week in Italy. The swimming pool has wonderful views towards the old town ( although there is quite a bit of road noise. The only downside is location is a few miles from old town and the courtesy bus only departed hotel at 09:00, 15:00 and 18:00. Ask for a room at back of hotel as the front is a bit noisy from dual carriageway at front of hotel.

Hard to find, even with a navigations system and a map by hand and by car. The road leading to the Hotel is really adventorous. But as a base to exploring Umbria this Hotel is great. The rooms are spacious und clean. The hotel restaurant wich we had to use because we did not want to search for the hotel in the dark on our way back is quite ok, service is very friendly, food is quite ok when you order pasta or the daily menue and are hungry. Breakfeast buffett is quiet poor and reminds to a one star hotel, espicially when you get there after 9 o clock you won´t find any cheese or eggs. But breakfeast was not what we were looking for in Umbria, so we found is quite ok. Overall a very good and safe place.

I just stayed in this hotel last year and I confirm my previous good evaluation. The hotel is clean and confortable, even if rooms are a little narrow. A car is needed but the hotel is closed to Perugia.

Very good hotel. Good choice as a base to travel in Umbria. However, we were planning on using the advertised shuttle service to downtown Perugia, but it has to be booked in advance and only 3 scheduled hours. We had to go by car, and because of local regulations, we parked outside the historical center. There are lots of escalators helping to get there, but it takes time...

The hotel is perfect if you want a clean and nice hotel and if you don't mind being a bit further away from the city centre. You do need a car to get the hotel and to the city centre though. The swimming pool was very nice as well, with a perfect view on the city of Perugia!

The Holiday Inn was booked some 6 months earlier as a stopover on our initial arrival in Italy and we were not disappointed. The hotel was clean and modern with good facilities including a pool. The breakfasts were varied with hot dishes being cooked on request. The price was excellent value. the hotel is a little remote from perugia but the hotel shuttle service goes some way to compensating for that. The approach road is through a residential area and is quite rough in places but the area itself is quiet.

I definitely suggest it! Very good ratio between quality and price. Cleaness, skilled employees, good service and quietness even if it is located close to the highway. Strategic location if you want to visit Assisi, Gubbio, Spello, Trasimeno park and so on.

io e mia moglie abbiamo utilizzato l'hotel come base per girare l'umbria e ci siamo trovati benissimo sia come pulizia, qualità del servizio e delle stanze anche se un po' piccole ma con un bagno molto spazioso. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Lo consiglio.

The hotel isn't in the center of Perugia, but it shouldn't be a problem if you by car. The location is near the Reccardo A1 Autostrade, by in the rooms, at night, you won't hear anything. The hotel has a nice pool and jacuzzi. Mariana, at the reception, was very nice with a perfect English! Helped us a lot to get to center of Perugia.

The room was OK, but the hotel is located very far from city center. Its not possible to get in Perugia without a car. The hotel is difficult to find without proper navigation. The staff is not very helpfull en breakfast was not good.

We had a superb time in Perugia and visited Assissi which is a beautiful town. It was a relief coming back at night to the hotel to get some rest and have a swim after the long hot summer day! The bed slept like heaven! Thank you! It was great.

Ottimo Hotel vicino Perugia (2km),facilissimo da raggiungere.Pulito,camere comode e ampio bagno, tranquillo, personale cordiale, cibo ottimo, parcheggio auto, piscina. Posizione ottima, si raggiungono velocemente sia Assisi che Gubbio. E' presente una navetta per Perugia, ma solo nelle ore diurne. E' ottimo se si è in auto.

La promozione Holiday Inn, della quale abbiamo usufruito, ci ha consentito di conoscere meglio i servizi superiori offerti. Complimenti: è un'ottima iniziativa, alla quale abbiamo abbinato due giorni turistici nella magnifica città di Perugia. E' stata una piacevole esperienza che ci sentiamo di consigliare a chiunque.

This is a beautiful hotel and the accomodations were perfect. We had one problem - there was a large group in the dining room for dinner and the wait was long and the service ended up being poor. It was not the fault of the waiter for he was trying to do this all by himself. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Abbiamo pernottato all'Holiday Inn per 3 notti, per il week-end del 1 novembre. Siamo stati molto bene, sia per l'accoglienza che per la qualità dei servizi. La stanza (doppia con letto matrimoniale)davvero molto confortevole (letto comodissimo), così come il bagno in camera, dotato di una doccia molto spaziosa. Il servizio della colazione è ottimo sia per la qualità dei prodotti che per la quantità (se si vuole, si può fare quasi a meno del pranzo). Ottima anche la posizione, strategica sia per mettersi in viaggio per girare i paesi attorno a Perugia, sia per raggiungere il centro di Perugia (la sera si impiegavano 15 minuti tra parcheggio e scale mobili). Infine, ottimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Stare in un hotel a 4 stelle a soli 52€ a notte, è stato davvero un ottimo affare.

A nice place to stay if you have a car. The shuttle runs to the local bus and train station a couple of times a day only, and if you miss it, the taxi is expensive. There is a terrific restaurant directly across the pond from the hotel -- try the unlimited antipasta and the house wine for a real treat. Unfortunately, you'll have to take a $5 taxi to get there and back unless you risk walking on the sidewalkless roads. Great place.

This hotel was the highlight of our trip. After beeing in poor B & B in rome we came to holiday inn perugia with a big smile on our face. The hotel is modern, very new and clean. The rooms are just great. The hotel located 15 min from center of perugia (by car) After traveling Italy for a week I can tell you that is hard to find such an hotel. Go for it!

this is by far the best hotel in the area and the prices are extremelly convenient. despite being located in the outskirts of perugia, its a beautiful hotel, brand new and with a very competent staff that will be always ready to help. we strongly reccomend this hotel, we were somehow exceptical when booking it because of the low price, and it ended up being the best hotel of our entire hollidays. great modern decoration in the rooms...you can easilly notice that its a hotel with excellent management. if you dont have a car, this could not be the best choice. but if you have one...dont even think about going elsewhere

Eccellente rapporto qualità-prezzo per un hotel pensato per una clientela business, ma ottimo anche per turisti. Gentile e sollecito il personale della reception, molto attento a soddisfare le esigenze espresse in fase di prenotazione. Stanze pulitissime, arredate modernamente con grande gusto e piccole attenzioni (set tea-coffee) che non ci si aspetterebbe in un hotel di questa fascia di prezzo. Posizione strategica per chi viaggia in auto, poco indicata per chi si sposta a piedi.

L'albergo in se è bellissimo, pulitissimo e tranquillissimo.. se tornerò a Perugia sicuramente prenoterò nuovamente all'holiday inn e lo consiglio a tutti quanti vogliano vedere questa splendidà città. il rapporto prezzo/qualità è eccellente (39 euro per una doppia, con prima colazione, in un albergo così bello sono rari da trovare) :) ottima e abbondante, inoltre, la prima colazione passiamo ai (pochi) lati negativi: - la navetta gratuita che fa il tragitto albergo-perugia-albergo non era disponibile nei giorni in cui sono stato in albergo.. poco male per me, visto che ero in macchina e che in agosto c'era abbondanza di parcheggi in città. per una persona che arrivava in treno, contando sul trasporto da parte dell'albergo, sarebbe stato un grosso disagio (da qui l'inticazione "3" sulla corrispondenza dei servizio offerti rspetto alle pagine web) - ho notato qualche leggero problema sulla gestione della colazione... Il personale era disponibilissimo e gentile e correva per servire tutti al meglio, ma secondo me era un pò sottodimensionato e non riusciva a far fronte al "tutto esaurito" presente in albergo.. comunque disagio di poca rilevanza

Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo, abbiamo pagato solo 39 euro in due per un quattro stelle!Ottimo il parcheggio gratuito, abbondante la colazione, gentile il personale, facile con l'auto arrivare al centro di Perugia,carina la struttura. L'unico appunto è che la prenotazione era per una matrimoniale, ma arrivati ci siamo ritrovati in una doppia con letti francesi(una piazza e mezzo), con la giustificazione che erano finite le matrimoniali..poco male perchè un solo letto era comunque spazioso anche per due persone e ci siamo adattati.Però, non tutti si adattano, e comunque non era quello che volevamo...

God this was a difficult hotel to find, especially at 10:30pm in the dark. The hotel was comfortable enough and the breakfast was good. A hotel to stop off at / passing through only. Its a fair distance from Perugia very close to a busy road. There is a pizza restaurant nearby which although not particularly friendly is cheap enough. For a 5 member family thats a plus.

Lo standard decisamente buono, non posso dire nulla in merito alla cucina perchè mi sono fermato solo per dormire, ottima l'idea di fornire diversi cuscini con svariate misure eccellente la comodità del letto, sono certo che la prossima volta ci ritornerò, sempre che non aumentino il prezzo.

Very clean and spacious "american Style" hotel/motel. Way out of town but ample parking and friendly staff with a first rate restaurant and a waitress who knew her food and wine. air conditioning, luggage carts but no english language newspapers.
