Two night stay, not easy to find and surroundings a touch scruffy but everything else very good including a very good breakfast. Parma a great city to explore and hotel in a good position for access provided you could remember how to get back to it. Simple stool in the bathroom - what joy!

We (husband, wife & adult daughter) stayed here in June 2006. I am not necassarily a fan of these US chain Hotels but the Express was a perfect hotel. It helps that it was fairly new but the service and the room was great. By far the best hotel we stayed in whilst in Italy. Pity it was Parma not Rome or Florence but nethertheless an oasis and a welcome relief to stay in a new, modern hotel as opposed to the old style, tired hotels previously. The staff were great and spoke good english and the breakfast was also the best we had in all (Rome & Florence) Italy. The only difficulty was finding it but we eventually got there.I would definately recomend this hotel.

The map provided was insufficient and needs to be updated as a matter of urgency. This is a new hotel therefore is developing character, however was spotless, close to the airport and staff were friendly if somewhat reserved. The restaurant prices were expensive but not unreasonable for the convenience factor, however the inclusive breakfast was excellent and provided great choice.
