EStoy algo decepcionado con el manejo de la facuración por parte del hotel. Yo cancele toda mi estadia en efectivo y sin embargo me hicieron un cargo indebido por aprox. U$95 a mi tarjeta de crédito y aún no me responden porqué!!! Espero que venere.com me pueda ayudar a recuperar mi dinero de vuelta. Gracia,

This hotel did not live up to standards as advertised. Staff were very unhelpful. Restaurant staff were so slow and inefficent. The breakfast was ineatable. There was noise on our floor until 430 am. Hense none of our party got any sleep. I could not recommend this hotel to anyone.
