Les chambres sont excellentes et la vue sur mer des plus agréables. Toutefois les prix sont exagérés pour l'accès à la plage et ne correspondent pas à la réservation présentée par venere.com.

We had a lovely 4 day break in the hotel, we found the price with Venere was better than booking directly through the Holiday Inn site. The room was for me, my wife and our 2 sons and had 2 double beds and a separate toilet to bathroom which was useful. We had a balcony with a view of ditant snow topped mountains and part of the town. We didnt have breakfast since it was 18euros each so we went down to the Cap3000 shopping centre only 5/10 mins walk away and found breakfast there. There is a beautiful garden area with benches to sit on and enjoy the peace and quiet, and a small sandy beach literally outside the hotel. There are about 40 restaurants and cafes along the sea front and port area, we had great value and quality meals in Le Dylanos just outside the hotel to the left. It's a lovely resort made better by fantastic blue skies in April while it snowed at home!

I have alerady written to the hotel saying how helpful they were and that we enjoyed our stay vey much. The one disappointment was the varying quality of breakfast. One day very good, the next very poor and not enjoyable at all. We would certainly stay again. The staff were indeed most welcoming and forgave our poor attempts at French!

Great hotel and we were lucky enough to be able to check in early and get a late check out too. The staff were very accommodating and the rate venere.com gave us was fantastic - at least half the rack rate

The room air conditioning was below average - the room was humid. The outside temperature and humidity were typical - it was not a hot day. They need to upgrade their a/c. I would not liked to have stayed there more than one night. The area is very nice - a very good shopping center is nearby and the adjoining marina is packed with restaurants. The other advantage is that the hotel is literally five minutes to the airport and the hotel has a shuttle van. This is a good hotel for the first and last night in Nice or Provence.

I recommend this hotel. It is nice and of category. The price we paid was very good considering it was winter, but if you want sea view it increases a lot. All extra services were very expensive, like breakfast, internet, valet parking and laundry. The hotel is located far from the centre of Niza, which in fact was a good choice as the centre is a mess of cars and noise. Close to the hotel there are restaurants of all natures and a shopping center.

Though overall our stay was quite comfortable, the attitude of one of the ladies at front desk was not at all upto the standards. She charged additional amount almost equivalent to one nights stay charges for not keeping the room for additional 45 minutes than the regular 12.00 noon checkout time. Her way of handling was also not of the standards as expected of a good five star Hotel staff. We lost some of our belongings also.

Parking is not included in the price and costs €10,00 per 24 hours. Valet parking costs €16,00 per 24 hours.

Local tax is not included in the price and costs €1,00 per person, per day.
Breakfast is not included in the price and costs €18,00. Room service incurs an extra charge of €2,00.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservation must be canceled two days prior to arrival in order to not incur in a charge equal to the first night's stay per room to your credit card. Taxes may apply. Failing to call or show before check-out time after the first night of a reservation will result in cancellation of the remainder of your reservation.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 2 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
