Direction to get to your Hotel was very poor. Did not indicate proper directions when coming from the East on the autostrada. Also no mention of the entrance being at a service center

The Hotel is very convenient when travelling on motorway but once there you can't do anything else then staying in or taking the car again to find amenities. Being very close to the A4 motorway, you can hear traffic noise. At 6am I was woken up by honking Heavy Good Vehicles stuck in queue. Restaurant is excellent altough service is slow. I would suggest this hotel to business travellers only.

We could not occupy our hotel rooms at around 4:00 o'clock p.m., because the previous guests did not check out on time. Then it was hot and a bit "smelly" in the rooms, the air conditioners did not work.

My greatest complaint is about the lack of concern for the customer at reception. I have found singularly this to be the worst case scenario with regard to the helpfulness from the reception, in my last 10 years of visiting hotels. (I've watched them deal with a chinese/japanese tour and the attitude of reception was disgraceful). The room, restaurant, and bar facilities and staff were very reasonable. The reception brings down the standard of the hotel and it is their front line.

I must say this unit will be kept on my mind, not particularly for itself, but mainly for saving me -finaly, coming from Venice historic burroughs- from a very unpleasant rainy night. Having confirmed that it matches the idea suggested (w/pictures) on venere.com and on Holiday Inn web site, the only point i wish to make note is that -despite not being identify as many- Mestre, near the train station, has plenty of other similar quality options closer than this hotel, which you should be aware of, if you're using public transportation. As it borders the highway, it's a much better option for those w/self-transportation, or just passing by (ie, not visiting Venice downtown).

The room was not ventilated, no airconditioning. Opening the window brought the motorway right into bed. A draft to ventilate the stuffy air could only be generated by leaving the door to the hall open. Looking around that was what many guests did. The whole hotel was totaly overheated. No sleep!

Nice facilities, very convenient for getting to Venice. But nothing around this facility. Good stop if you are driving. We felt that the hotel parking was too expensive. Good shuttle service to San Marco, but again, it appeared too expensive to us.

Good sized family room, decent breakfast, paid shuttle bus available to Venice. Good budget option alternative to the expensive Venice hotels, particularly valuable if you have a car, and are travelling to or from the airport, and want to stop off for a visit to the delights of Venice.

Not very romantic, but very good services provided: the breakfast is marvellous ( and from 6.30 to 10.30), the air conditionning perfect, and the real price for B&B here is 276 euros per room; with venere.com we got it at 85. What do you want more? Only a few things: You need a car, given the location of the hotel but you'll pay much to park inside the hotel, and you don't have the choice (bad surroundings). This hotel is a factory. Don't go there to find peace and rest, but only to spend a night with all the facilities for a good price. You won't remember this hotel all your life, but it is perfect for having a good night.

El hotel esta adecuadamente situado cerca de una parada del autobus 6 que lleva a Venecia por 1 Euro cada 12 minutos. Es un buen hotel con muy buenas instalaciones, un buen bufet para el deayuno. Se hecha de menos la no conexion a cadenas españolas de TV, aunque en la recepcion si se habla español. Cuando llegamos fuimos atendidos correctamente. Sin embargo cuando nos marchamos, quizas por el trabajo que existia de Check-out, no se nos despidió. Recomendaré el hotel a mis conocidos para la visita a Venecia

The hotel is good for entering Venice by car. There's a shuttle but it's expensive. They charge extra for parking for no good reason, but you can park at the gas station for free. The instructions on to get there by car are wrong! The name of the exit is different, but the hotel can be seen from the A4. Rooms are spacious and A/C is good. Reception staff is not pleasant. Overall good value for money, but don't expect homey experience.

The price/quality relationship is excellent,the rooms are comfortable and spacious, but best of all is the marvellous buffet breakfast they provide. Only the Hotel location is not so pleasing,it´s "far away from everything",no restaurants or bus stops nearby. All in all it was a very pleasant stay and I would recommend the Hotel to everyone.
