Hotel was great, if I had any complaints though they would be: (1) It seemed to me the people who worked at at the airport and checked on after work came before myself. (2) If I wanted to get served at the bar it took an age to do so. (3) The hotel guests who had the meeting room next to the disabled room were not only noisy but did not care about my disability and whether they knocked me over or not. (4) Your supposed hotel manager the (Black Guy) complained about me being drunk and threatened not to serve me and he actually asked me if I was staying the hotel and for how long. To me he should be questioned about this or sacked. It doesn't look good on the staff or the hotel. Apart from these reasons the hotel was cool. I might come back again. Thanks for the weeks stay? P.S. Can you give me permission to email Dawn? and ask her to look me up in Norwich. Kevin John
