The staff was very nice and I had no issues at all. I travelled with my two year old son and I found the hotel to be family friendly. The hotel is a bit far from the city center and not very close to the Metro station. If you travel by car, like me, please be aware that private parking is expensive in the city. If you are prepared to pay for it, it is worth while staying in the hotel and drive to the city centre. Did not fully understood, how can a foreigner can pay to park in the steer during the week In the weekend, parking is free in the street. Important: Buy a highway sticker as you get in the country. Fine is 120eur if you get caught... and you will get caught sooner or later.

Staff was very nice, in a business kind of way. Spoke some English, but always repeat because their understanding may be a little unclear. Standard double rooms were spacious enough for 2 people. Always confirm before you leave the front desk that you want only 1 bed if your a couple. They claim air conditioning, which was the downside of this hotel, as my blow dryer could blow cooler air. The central air conditioning at this hotel is a joke to say the least and that means even on full blast. It's a glorified small ventilator... Health area is ok, clean and they have the main machines that most like. Great water!!. Mattresses are firm and comfortable. Bedding is a little thin, if its winter. Pillows are ok, not to soft and they give you 2. Overall I would recommend this hotel in the Fall to Winter... not in the Summer, you will simply die.

If we would know WIFI internet takes additional payment, we would never come :( Very nice hotel but sorry, you can ot charge 10EUR/hour for something like internet!
