We requested change of room as first one smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. The second room seemed better, but the bathroom smelled unclean.

We were not advised at the time of booking: 1) There is no off street parking at all- being a very busy beach resort we initially had to park more than a mile away, once we had a space, for the rest of our stay we could not use the car as we would not be able to park again. The provision of on street parking is complete and utter chaos. 2) Major reconstruction of the reception, entrance was still under way(June 2008).You walked in through a building site. To be fair though, once in the room it was excellent with laptop provided plus wi fi access. The rooms themselves - excellent with balcony , unfortunately only one chair to sit on the balcony. Potentially an excellent but some details need to be sorted urgently.
